Title: Can't believe this machine has changed my life!!!!

Hi there

I bought my thermomix at the end of may, so about 3 months and I have lost 10kg!!! I just can't believe it!! It really has changed my life!!!

Since buying the machine I have cut out nearly all pre packaged foods!! I have been making everything from scratch and just loving it!!! It has also cut my food bill in more than half!!! I think I use to cook way to much of the wrong food, my food bill was about $380 a week and last week I did my shopping for $137!!! The recipes from the cookbooks are perfect portions for my family!!!

I have started the gym last week so hopefully exercising and eating well I will be able to drop down to my before baby weight!!!

I just cant believe how amazing this machine is!! I honestly didnt think it would change my eating habits completely!!!

good on you :D i am so glad that you have made a noticeable difference in the way that you have been eating. keep up the good work. buying this kitchen appliance will be something that you will reflect on more than once in the months to come...

Congratulations and welcome. You must feel very proud of your weight loss. Most of us seem to put it on with the TMX. :'(

Fantastic work and news ... really inspiring ... I want to turn my life around as well as giving me kids the best possible start. 

Just wondering what your favourite books and recipes are?  Would love to hear more!  I have the Cyndi O'Meara and gluten free books [I have to be gluten free].  And of course this forum is truly inspiring and generous.

Great news and replicated in our house. In fact my food bill was only $42 for the week this week! (Helps to have a pantry full of beans and grains).

I'm not joining the gym though - that's a tad optimistic. Am going to start with yoga instead!
