'Hi There

I am Jordanna and I live in Tweed Heads NSW right on the QLD Border in Australia. I have had my Thermomix for about 4 years now and have mostly stuck with the recipes in the book, with an occasional flair added now and again. I love my machine but I am sure I don't use it to it's fullest potential so I hope you will all inspire me.

Its a good day when you learn something!

welcome jordanna. what a pity you never found this forum sooner. i couldn't imagine just having one TM book to use, and i think you will soon start to whip up some fantastic creations in your kitchen on your machine.

Hi Jordanna, welcome to the forum.  So pleased you found us - inspiration is our second name.  Hopefully you will like our recipes and will now spread your wings and try something different.

Welcome Jordanna. Being on this forum is like having a mutlitude of recipe books. Good luck in trying some of the recipes out, and let us know how you go.

Hi Jordanna ... I am new here and only had my TMX for a few days [a week tomorrow] ... love researching ideas here and finding out how people have tweaked recipes in the book ... what are your favourites?  So far I have used the varoma for two evening meals and am really impressed with it.
