I'm at my mother in laws in Poland who has a thermomix but apparently pies aren't common here so I don't have the measurements for the EDC standard pie crust can someone please help me out? I think it was like 250g flour, 200g butter and 160g water? Any help would be appreciated!

nconnella is it the shortcrust pastry you want?
that is 200g Plain Flour
100g Butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
50-60g water
