Hi just interested to see if anyone has made this rizogalo (greek rice pudding) it was in the master chief magazine (advert)
I tried it, but it was very gluggy

haven't tried it.  I got the recipe from Nay-nay (thanks) but didn't fancy adding cornflour to the rice pud?

You may need to add some more rice and cook a little longer?
