Post by: ozrockit on August 13, 2010, 02:19:29 pm
Simple Chillie dip
5-8
1 clove of garlic
1x red chillie halved (de-seed unless you like it HOT)
The green half of a spring onion.
30ml milk
1x block of Philli cheese

Chop galic, ½ red chillie and spring onion 5 seconds on speed 6 – scrape down sides.
Chop phili block into 8 and add to TM. Mix 30seconds on 6
Scrape edges down with spatula and add milk, dice remaining ½ of chillie and add as well.
Mix a further 15seconds on 6

Serve with your favourite dip biscuits.

I found that even people who did not like prepacked "chillie philli" ebjoyed this because it was so subtle and had a nice slow creep of the heat, oh and 3 people insisted that I gave them the recipe  :D

ozrockit,   don't like chilli much but this looks not too strong.  Do you use a 250g. block of philly?
