Title: Egg and Dairy Free Cake/Slice

My daughter is taking a cake to school for her birthday but there is a boy in her class who is Dairy and Egg intolerant.

Can someone suggest a nice cake or slice that I can whip up in my TMX?

Stayce this is nice. You could possibly swap the milk for soy milk or something similar.

It is a loaf though, and has sultanas so may not be what you want.
