Sorry, missed this one - any particaular sort of salsa ?  To go with anything in particular?

Standard salsa, really.  To make a burrito.  I'm not more exotic than that  ;D

i did one once which worked well but was a lot of work for what i ended up with (would be ok if i'd made more to have for another time!)

from memory i just chopped up onion, lots of garlic and capsicum, fried in a little oil with some cumin, coriander and probably some oregano. then added tomatoes and chopped. added some tomato paste and stock powder, probably a pinch of sugar and cooked for ages until it was nice and thick and 'sweet'.

Hi CArolineW

I haven't made one but Dani has http://www.thekitchenplayground.com/2008/feasting-mexican-style/ (http://www.thekitchenplayground.com/2008/feasting-mexican-style/)

I will check out some of my books.  Verito may be able to help - we'll try contacting her.

Hi CarolineW,

Verito has sent through 4 recipes - listed in the vegetarian section (http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?board=13.0).

She says "I would put the chopped one (http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=408.0) in a burrito or the guacamole."

Hope that helps.
