Title: easy vegie lasagna recipes needed

Hi all,

I am after some vegetarian lasagne recipes as i am still too scared to try converting my own recipes ( and i never could be bothered doing lasagna prior to having a thermomix)!!

I would love a recipe that contains eggplant - or a spinach and mushroom recipe would be great too.  thanks!   :)   :) :)

I would suggest isi's lasagne recipe and just substitute whichever vegies you have on hand. :)
