Wonder - I made this using heart smart pork cubes and it was lovely although I cooked for a little longer and while the pork was lovely and soft it was a little dry. I also accidentally added too much stock so need to ad some cornflour to thicken. Served over pasta it was a nice, easy tasty meal.

Looks nice JD. As the weather cools down I start to crave this type of food so thanks for the recipe.  :-*

I forgot one ingredient (philly cream cheese) so have amended the recipe to include it.

It looks enticing Judy. Pity DD won't eat pork. I used some pork mince the other day and she sniffed it out and I was sprung!

I reckon you could use either beef or chicken if you preferred Cookie.  We just had the leftovers over pasta for lunch and I have toddler GS here today & he gobbled his up, looking for more meat all the time.

No Thermomixer, I've done a few pork dishes but they are all different (unless there is one out there I forgot to copy and put in my file).

I made this for dinner last night using heart start pork cubes and it was lovely although I cooked for a little longer and while the pork was lovely and soft it was a little dry. I also accidentally added too much stock so need to ad some cornflour to thicken. Served over pasta it was a nice, easy tasty meal.

Thanks for trying it Wonder.  When using meat other than stewing varieties, it pays to sample it from time to time until you are happy with it.
