Hi all you happy Thermomixers ;D
I'm Carla - YES, another from Perth (lovely place to be).
I've been coveting a TMX for nearly 2 years now and we've finally treated ourselves to an early Christmas prezzie. I've had my machine not quite a week and am having a blast.
We've really bought our TMX to be able to use more "real" foods and make more of our foods from scratch.
Look forward to getting to know you all.
Carla

How are you liking your machine?? what have you made so far??
I hope you enjoy your time here... please add more recipes if you have them...

hi carla *waving hello*

Welcome Carla - great to have more TMXers on board. ;D

Hi Carla. Greetings from one Perthite to another. Are you going to any of the Christmas demonstrations tomorrow?
-
OH sorry Cookie. FOrgot to check back. Yep, I went to the daytime one. Were you there too?
-
Yes I was. It was good wasn't it? So far I've only made the Christmas Shortbread. It is really nice. Hubby took some to his veteran car club yesterday and apparently they all enjoyed it too. I've brought the cheeses to make the cheese log, so will do that in the next day or so.
I bought the seafood book and we've had the fish curry from that-yummy!
It's amazing how many Perthites have thermomixes when you see them all out. I have a friend who is away but plans to buy one when they return.
