Hi all, my name is Kim, I am a busy mum to 4 kids (1,1, 3 and 5). I have been lurking around here for a few months, got my TMZ on Friday, and have cooked all weekend. It is awesome. I love the fact that I can be holding a toddler on one hip and still cooking with my other hand. Safety is another key factor for me.
I'm glad that there is the forum, I know no-one else with a thermo, no-one has even heard of them. Look forward to trying your recipes!

Hi Kim, welcome from another South Australian. Lovely to see you got off to a good start this weekend. You will find the machine a great help doing things for you whilst you amuse the children instead of standing over a stove stirring.

Welcome Kimberly, Hope the TMX helps, you sure have your hands full.

Welcome to the forum Kim.
Good to see another TMXér in SA

Thank you all for the welcome. Yes, I do have my hands full, and I am loving the amount of time it frees up so I can play with the kids!

Welcome to the forum Kim.

A very warm welcome Kim. I can see by the age of your children that you will be time poor so congrats on your decision to buy a TMX.

Welcome - great to see you come out of lurking. Understand what it is like to be the only one with a TMX - nobody understood me for a long time. But that may be due to other wierd traits!!!!

:D Thermomixer!
Welcome Kimberly! Glad that you're already finding the TMX to be a time saver. You'll find it will save you so much money too.
-
Welcome to the forum Kimberly. Where in SA do you live?
-
It would be a great timesaver......if I didn't spend half the day cooking with it just because it is so much fun!
trudy: I live near the Clare Valley, grew up on Yorke Pen

Kimberley Welcome to the forum, soon the kids will be helping you in the kitchen as well and it will become part of your day with them :D mine have loved helping (from the time they were old enough to stand on a chair) rolling biscuits and bread rolls etc. Then you won't have any guilt attached to spending the day in the kitchen playing ;D ;D ;D
oh and by the way once all your friends can see what you can do with your TMX you will not be on your own for long ;) ;)

Hi Kimberley,
Your about an hour from me as I live in Redwood Park. Might get to catchup one day. Perhaps the next get together. We only had three of us again on Monday so it would be great to meet more of the people of the forum.
