Woohoo! I'm so excited! Thanks to ozzy-dj for the cheeselinks link! My sis and I will be doing the Camebert, Quark and Ricotta day in Margaret River in June.
It's quite expensive, :o but I think the first hand experience will be invaluable.

I've been making cheeses of various types for most of my life and it is a very rewarding and fun hobby.
Warning, once you really get into it, you may get to be a real fanatic. One of my friends took a class ten years ago and now has goats and sheep and a small commercial cheesemaking business. She has won several awards and all of her production (except a few cheeses that are gifts to friends ;D ) is bought up by professional chefs in the greater Los Angeles area.
She used to work for the telephone company and likes this life much better.
So, you never know just where it can lead.......

Sounds fun MJ, glad your sister could make the classes with you. Love the class you have picked. What will the brandname be when you start up your own business :D :D

Have fun MJ - great to see. You can milk the sheep.

:D Somehow, I can't see myself in the commercial cheese-making business! But, maybe if we move to Albany..... ;)
Hmm....milking the ewes.... Nah, too hard. ;D
