Title: Recipe Review - curried sausages (meat on the menu) pg.98

Kids ate it all, so I guess that's a thumbs up  ;)
I'm not a huge sausage fan, but I enjoyed having this with the veggies. A nice simple dish.

I chose not to cook the rice, and boiled some pasta on the stove instead.
I added the zucchini, squash, carrots to the top rack of varoma, and steamed with sausages below  for 25 minutes.
I dished the veggies into thermoserve whilst making sauce.
I added 3 tablespoons of cornflour, mixed first with water, before adding to sauce.  I also added 1 teaspoon of dried mixed herbs to the curry mix.
Once sauce was finished, mixed it in with veggies then served over pasta.

Good work maddy - cooking the snags for others - sacrifice.  Good to hear that the kids liked it.  Maybe the masterchef teams should have read this before tonight's challenge.

Thanks for the post Maddy, i took your advice and added in the vegies, and it was fabulous! I also ditched the rice and went with some toast instead. A definate winner and will be made again for sure - even hubby gave it a 10/10  ;D. Thanks for the review.
