Title: Friand Recipe please

Have some egg whites, and no friand recipe?  Are there any on here?  I have had a quick search, but no luck!  Anyone have a cookbook that has a recipe, I have most of the Australian cookbooks, but don't recall seeing a recipe!  Has anyone converted their own recipe?
