This is from another forum member, can't remember who put it here originally. I just copied it to my recipe folder.

1 cup yoghurt  (you can use low fat)                           
2 Tbsp TMX mayonnaise
1 Tbsp fresh dill or a sprinkle of dried
pinch of curry powder
3 Tbsp milk
1 tsp apple cider vinegar

Think this came from judydawn. From memory she was using up her yoghurt after she conquered the recipe

I forgot I put that one on and I have been doing a google search for you Snoozie.  Have a read of this one, it has some good reviews (when you finally get to it :D)

after posting this I found

Avocado Ranch Salad Dressing

Ingredients
1/4 cup ripe avocado
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon buttermilk
1 1/2 teaspoons distilled white vinegar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon dried parsley
1 pinch dried dill weed
1/8 teaspoon onion powder
1 pinch garlic powder

Directions
1.Mash avocado in a bowl, then stir in mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, and vinegar.
2. Sprinkle with salt, parsley, dill, onion powder, and garlic powder.
3. Stir until well blended, chill until ready to serve.
