Tweaking details: used soy sauce instead of tamari the first time - both good
Review: might not look the best, but smells and tastes really good
Score: (out of 5*) 4.5/5
Really easy recipe, nice and healthy too. The first time I did this recipe, the chicken breasts I used were massive, so I filletted them, and we only ate half. The leftover chicken was really yummy cold the next day on a wrap with left over beetroot salad. (Coleslaw or moroccan carrot salad would be good too). I will be cooking extra next time just for the leftovers!

yes i remember having this one, although stuffed up the dressing as it was very "pithy" - so make sure you only use the zest.
We really enjoyed the Chilli Con Carne p.20 as well, makes alot and will do this one regularly 5/5
