Title: Hi I am Rosa a Thermomix fan and would like to introduce myself.

I live in Auckland but  I am from Finland originally. I have been in the food trade many years and used Thermomix for almost 8 years now. We can also be very pleased that our friend  "Bimby" has arrived in New Zealand. Thank you Rosa :)

Hi Rosa, welcome to the forum.  8 years experience - you must have some lovely recipes to share with us. Is your Bimby the current model or the TM21?

I had a holiday in N.Z. years ago, lovely place. Never been to Finland though unfortunately. Talk about going form one end of the earth to the other :)

Welcome Rosa! Wow, 8 years experience is pretty awesome! We'd love to know a little bit more about you and any tips and tricks that you've picked up along the way.
