Hi there! I'm HappyLittleDay. I've just joined the forum and have had my TM since November. I love it! I have non Coeliac Gluten Intolerance and am saving heaps of money by making my own flours etc. My husband and I and our cat have just moved to Sydney from Mullumbimby in northern NSW, and I miss it terribly. sigh.
I run a small online shop from home designing and making kid's clothes and I feel so lucky to be doing something I love.
I'm waiting to hear back from my new local consultant and booking a demo! Looking forward to making some friends here and sharing our TM adventures!

Hi HLD, welcome to the forum.  You would be an old hand by now but I am sure there are still things you could learn from all the wise people on this forum.  Any nice recipes you'd like to share with us?

Yes I'm sure I have heaps to learn - I hope so! I still feel like I am getting to know my TM and am really looking forward to learning new recipes! I have just posted a recipe for GF bread rolls in the special diets section - I hope I've posted it correctly...I have post-posting anxiety I think!  :-[ I hope to be posting some more as I go.
