ILB, I can't help you with a recipe, but this blog (http://noglutenrequired.blogspot.com/2009/05/homemade-gluten-free-puff-pastry-take-1.html) looks good! She's made a GF puff pastry and has made a lot of notes about it to make it better.

Not yet, but have heard on Failsafe groups that I think it's Coles has one in their frozen section?  Or else I'm thinking a failsafe one lol!  I know Rowies do a pastry mix bit like buying cake mixes

This was just posted today on Gluten Free Girl (I love that site!) - and she has links to other sites with gf puff pastry too.

Sounds busy :)

I think I might just buy the gluten free puff pastry... Puff pastry seems to have lots of work involved.  But will watch to see if anyone attempts it sometime.

Are you going to Port Douglas for a holiday, ILB?  If you pass through the Atherton Tablelands, drop by for a visit!!  :)

Thanks Jules  :-* :-)) Silly me!

Hi Jo, I'd love to! BUT I'm there for work and will be bused around everywhere as part of the group  :-))  We're staying at the Sheraton at Port Douglas (or just out side of town). Will be there from the 18th to the 21st.  Think we have a couple of hours "free time" on the Sunday afternoon but I don't think it'll be long enough to get too far away. Had planned on staying on for a few days afterwards, but am now stopping by Brisbane to see a girlfriend for a few days on the way home.  ;)
