Post by: Merrilyn on March 12, 2010, 10:48:20 am: Hello everyone. New member from Melbourne here, and soon to be the proud adoptive parent of a brand new baby Thermomix.

Feels like we're adding a new member to the family :D

The new baby should arrive Monday or Tuesday next week.

Can't wait.

Oh what this guy can't do ! Made mashed potato - delicious - followed by beef stroganoff with steamed veggies in the Varoma, and ended with berry sorbet. WOW Need to play around a little bit with times, but everything is so quick, I'm even more impressed than I thought I would be.

Everyone came back for seconds. DH even said "you can make that anytime, it was fabulous" High praise indeed.

I'm at work today, so can't play with my new best friend, but tonight we have a date to make bread, icecream and veggie stock.

Roll on 5 o'clock ;)
