I'm sure there must be one on here somewhere but I'm having trouble finding one! Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Hi, this is my recipe for tortillas - I use spelt flour, but you can use wheat, just use a little more water.
Spelt tortillas (http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=1756.0)
I noticed there's another one here (http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=3038.0), by Depome, with her meatless fajitas recipe.
Hope that helps :)

This is one by Trudy Olive
320g plain flour
1teaspn salt
3 tblspns olive oil
1 tspn baking powder
180g warm water
Place everything into the bowl.
Mix 10 seconds on speed 7 to combine.
Set to locked position and knead for 3 mins.
Put dough onto breadmat and rest 5-10 mins.
Divide dough into 12 pieces and roll each piece into a flat round.
Fry in an oiled hot frying pan until they start to brown. Turn them over and cook the other side.
OK to freeze.
Also great for making tortilla chips in the oven with any leftovers.

Have you made these JD? They sound great. I've tried Jo's recipe, but mine didn't turn out as nice as hers, so obviously I need more practice!

No MJ I haven't made these but JulieO used Trudy Olive's recipe when she posted her Beef Enchiladas recipe.

Well Judy, I just made them and they're excellent! I took lots of photos for a tutorial that I'll put on my blog. I know now that I was too gentle when I made Jo's Spelt Tortillas and I'll try them again next time I make tortillas.
Thanks to all the great cooks on this forum! :-*
