Hi all
sorry haven't been on for AGES - major computer dramas. But all fixed now so will post a heap of recipes I've been making soon.
I have a kindergarten "dinner" tomorrow night to go to and we have to take a plate to share. Other people are taking the usual, mini quiches, sausage rolls, pizzas etc Need some suggestions as to what to take (preferably to get ready tonight as I work tomorrow). Any suggestions appreciated. Thank you
Trudy

This might be too similar to what others are taking, but if you're looking for "lunchbox" ideas, try these.

Or this thread of lunch box ideas.

Or to show how good you are at disguising vegetables, these are great. Get everyone to guess what the ingredients are!

I've just been reading the lunchbox thread. There's some great ideas.
I might make one of your scrolls and also the zucchini brownies to take along. It's for adults too so hope they like them.
Thanks

I ended up making mini brioches (from the EDC) but stuffed them with ham, cheese, cream cheese and onion. They were one of the first things to be eaten so I guess everyone liked them.

Especially when people think you have been slaving over the stove for hours. I heard someone comment about Isi's juicy muffins that they were very nice but imagine spending ages doing all those fiddly things. I didn't enlighten her about how easy they are. Must keep some secrets.
