Title: anyone with experience with chocolate or decorating iceing
Post by: ozzy-dj on February 09, 2010, 04:52:06 am
I have a potential client that would be looking for using the TMX in her cake decorating business. Would love to hear from anyone who may have comments on how it can be used for this specific function. I know she does lots of chocolate and iceing.

I haven't done heaps of icing but it is great for ganache (melting choc and cream) good for softening butter and also for cream cheese icings.

ps DJ I was at the Branch meeting last night (Meagan in Elisabeth's team) the one who was asked to stand up to talk about my 12 sales in 60 days and the one who was knitting ;), You were sitting in the row behind me, (I think) next to Willowfox from the forum too (Nikki)

Megan, HI. I was hoping there might be some from here at the meeting but did not know how to find out. Hope to talk to you next time.

BTW does anyone know how to delete my double post. My web page said it had lost the connection so I thought it had not posted.  ???

I am pretty sure you just press the delete button on the top right hand corner. Otherwise a mod will do it for you - Cookie, Brazen, Thermomixer???
