Title: Biryani Masala

Anyone have a spice blend for a biryani masala? I've watched a few vids on YouTube now and reckon I could put a veg biryani together, but I don't have a masala ingredient list. Actually, a TMX biryani recipe of any kind would be appreciated :)

While trawling the internet, I eventually got the gist that biryani masala is garam masala :)

Thanks Depome - there are large variations in what spices go into biryanis - will write some up soooooooooooooon
