Title: Hi from Canberra!
Post by: Sunny on February 05, 2010, 10:55:10 am
We have had our TMX for about a week and it has been great fun.  The whole family has been having a go, which has been great for all of us.  - sigh - its so much fun I need to find some low fat options too.  Its a wonderful gadget.  I look forward to hearing ideas and sharing thoughts with everyone on the forum.   :)

Hi Sunny, welcome to the forum.  Low fat options - I always used to cook that way but since the TMX came into my kitchen I just go with the flow of the recipe and have never used so much cream or butter in my cooking.  Sugar is another thing, I now buy 2 packets at a time so that I don't run out.  Luckily my weight is staying pretty stable though and at my age, who cares :-)) :-))  I do use low fat milk and low fat cheese though, guess it helps a bit.  Tomato based dishes are usually low fat options.
