Hi,
I'm new to the Thermomix. I live in Australia in a small country town and beening gluten free is a challenge.
I hope to be able to do a lot more cooking of gluten free food with the thermomix and see the recipes turn out a lot better.
Been living on a lot of fruit and veggies as baking bread and cakes just don't seem to turn out OK.
Regards
voitet7 (Pam)

Hi Pam and welcome. There are a few other GF members so you are definitely not alone.

Welcome Pam, I'm sure you will get some help here.

Hi Pam!
We like the gluten free bread in the Cyndi O'Meara cookbook - have you tried that?
My favourite gluten free cakes are flourless nut cakes (there's a few on my blog) and we also love blender-batter cakes/muffins/pancakes/waffles made with brown rice/buckwheat (also on my blog). The Thermomix makes it so much easier!!!
Have fun! :)

Hi there Pam, welcome to the forum. We have lots of people on here with intolerances and they are doing fine with the recipes. Hope you can expand your choices now - let us know what you have tried, your successes and failures and we will see if we can offer any advice.
