Welcome on board.  Looking forward to some Asian and some Spanish dishes.

What are your favourite dishes in the TMX?

How do you go sourcing Asian ingredients - I know there are now japanese restaurants there and Nodo in Madrid certainly sources Asian supplies.  Does Barcelona have a Chinatown? or Asian foodstores?

Didn't see many Asian foods amongst the baccala, percebe and testicles at La Boqueria.

Hasta presto.

Hi Huilink.  I spent a year living in Singapore (in 2000) and loved the food there.  I loved the seafood and Asian greens with oyster sauce, and those Thai desserts with crushed ice - yummy!  :)  Also loved all the tropical fruit especially jack fruit but not durian!  ;D
