Title: Accurately weighing ingredients
Post by: Thermomixer on November 03, 2008, 12:27:16 am
Today's tipp from Germany is about using the Weighing facility on the TMX

Basically, if you need to weigh small amounts - use the MC and add small amounts - best to weigh into a container rather than tipping into the TMX bowl.

For larger qunatities - just place a bowl on top of the TMX lid and weigh ingredients in that before adding to the TMX bowl.

Also... don't put the TM on top of its power cord... it throws out the measures.

Good call - I found this out at the weekend.  It really does alter the poor old machine's ability to weigh.
