Name of Recipe: Rosemary and Cheese Biscuits
Number of People: depends :) made 30 biscuits.
Ingredients:
4 small springs Rosemary
60g Tasty Cheese
60g Parmesan Cheese
120g P.Flour
100g Rice Flour
1 1/2 tesp Salt (only if using unsalted butter)
Shake Cayenne Pepper (or 2/3)
80g Butter (if using salted butter, omit this)
120mL Milk (just over one MC)

Preparation:
Preheat oven to 180C
Chop the cheese and rosemary for 4-5 seconds on speed 6, or until it is crumbled, set aside.
Sift/Mix the flour, salt and cayenne (if using) on closed lid and pulsing with the turbo button 2-3 times.
Add the butter and mix on speed 6 for 4-5 seconds until it is crumbly and looks a bit like breadcrumbs.
Add the cheese and rosemary and drizzle the milk in slowly until it starts to form into a ball. I did  :-:  speed 3 for 30 seconds.
Roll into balls (I used teaspoon size) and place on lined baking tray, bake for 12-15 min or until cheese goes golden.

These are adapted to what I had in the cupboard/fridge/garden from http://brazen20au.blogspot.com/2009/01/cheddar-shortbread-gf-tmx.html

Hope posting this is ok  :)
