We are getting our thermomix early next week!!!  :D
Our friends recently bought one and we went to a demo and decided that
we really needed one!!!

it is about time we get a new appliance because our food
processor begins smoking whenever you use it. :-[

welcome patrick43!  :)  Well you've made the right choice to go with TMX - you won't be disappointed and it does sooo much more than a food processor. You'll wonder how you lived without it by next week sometime. Look forward to your recipes.  ;)

Hi Patrick, welcome to our wonderful forum.  Spend some time browsing whilst you are waiting for your delivery and you will see how many great recipes there are to choose from.

HOORAY we got it.
We have called him Patrikk.
Our friend who also has one has printed off heaps of recipes and put them beautifully into a file.
We have made custard, sorbet, veggie stock, ragu and chockie cake. :)

Congratulations Patrick on Patrikk's arrival - I'm sure you'll be spending a lot of time together.
