Hello my name is Annabel. 

I bought my Thermomix at the weekend and am already smitten!  My sister had been talking about it for years (she lives in Germany) and last week I actually managed to see a demonstration - that was it for me - an amazing machine.  So far I have used it every day and am about to make Butternut squash risotto - I'm sure life in the kitchen will never be the same!!

Like yourself I'm relatively new to TMX World!  I have mine about 8 weeks and absolutely love it!

Welcome Annabel - good to see there are more people from the UK coming onto here.   I hope you get to enjoy your machine as much as everyone on here does.   It seems a bit overwhelming at first but then it becomes like your best friend in the kitchen (and it doesn't answer back ;D)

As well as the great help and support you can get from this site, the UK Thermomix people are really helpful if you have any queries.  I have rung them with some really dumb questions and they've been very very kind and patient.

i'm waiting for my tmx to arrive.

I used to live in Hampshire in the uk and brought many of my English cooking books over with me to Oz  so looking to converting them
