Title: Impressive but easy finger food ideas?

Hi
I have to take some finger food to a function in a couple of weeks and want to make something impressive but easy.  I don't really want to do dips and needs to be served cold.

Does anyone have a TMX recipe for a cheese stick type biscuit?

All suggestions welcome.

Yeah - I have made cheese twists (sticks) out of the basic bread dough (also pinwheels) in the EDC and crunchy ones out of the cracker recipe.

These are very yummy and can be rolled out and cut into any size stick you wish.
