Title: Diet Friendly Bread
Post by: Paulinel on October 21, 2009, 05:03:35 am
Hi there

Has anyone a recipe for diet friendly bread.  I have not made bread in Thermo as I would absolutely pig out on it if I did, but if someone has a low calorie (as such) recipe it would be great.   :-\

The buttermilk is good but I always put back the butter I made on top!  :-)) :-)) I say make any bread and slice it thin or actually make small bread rolls. Life is too short not to enjoy good food if only in small amounts.

I agree with Gretchen. Slice the bread fairly thin and then freeze the rest and be very strong and don't have more than your daily allocation. I think bread is a little like potatoes, it's not the product, it is what we put on them. The seed breads and others with milled grain would be healthy.
