Title: Hollandaise Sauce Help

Can anyone help me??

I have tried making the Hollandaise in the TM Book ( I am in Australia), and it always results in a very runny, and watery sauce.
Does anyone else have problems with this??

Am dying to make Eggs Benedict , but the sauce ruins it!! :(
