Hi all,

I'm Mayet's friend ;D I've had my TMX for about three weeks now and although I have used it quite a bit for other things I have had a few fails with main meals out of the EDC cookbook which has been a bit demotivating. I think I'm going to have to take a leaf out of Mayet's book and just cook my own recipes in it - and the dinner she made tonight was delicious so that has inspired me to be a bit braver from now on.

Quick question - how do I make it so my email address isn't visible in my profile? I want to get rid of the email icon under my username as well - how do I do that?

Hi Angela, welcome to the forum.  Lucky you having a friend like Mayet who, I'm sure, is going to give you lots of hints and sounds like lots of test tastes of her recipes too.  I don't do many recipes from the books, I convert my own and use those posted on the forum - have a browse, I'm sure you will find many you will want to do yourself.  Good luck and happy TMXing.

You'll have to wait until someone comes on who knows about this Angela.  I tried to remove mine once and didn't succeed, even with help from MM :P :P :P

there are lots of tweaks for the edc recipes on here I hope you find some recipes on here you like and will post some of your own as you convert them.

I've tried to remove mine recently and it keeps saying I have the password incorrect. I don't think I do. Will have to have another go.
