Title: Tuna Dip, Everyday Cookbook
Post by: naturokathy on October 01, 2009, 12:38:46 am
I have tweeked actually more like changed it to smoked salmon.  Instead of tuna use 100gm smoked salmon and instead of green onion half a medium red onion, more zing, I also increased the walnuts to 20-30gm.  I am requested to bring it wherever I go it is moorish.  Even people who don't like seafood like it

So you have transformed it into a new recipe - why  not post it. I would love to do a dip with walnuts (Don't have the EDC recipe book)

I made this the other day, using smoked tinned tuna- it was delicious.  Would make a lovely, inexpensive sandwich filling, too.

Very nice, just as is.  Canned salmon works well too.  Yum.

Made this today. Yummo! Could use a bit of lemon or dill.  Red onion sounds like a good idea too! Have been requested to bring this (double quantit) for a BBQ lunch next weekend :)
