Title: Hi to all I'm Kathy a new member from Melbourne

 :)  I've had my Thermomix for about 6 months and I love it, cooking everything from scratch and knowing exactly what's in your food is wonderful and it tastes and smells so good.  I haven't had any disasters and have fiddled with alot of the recipes. My favourite ingredient is the vegetable stock I use it so much.

Hello Kathy.  Is this who I think it is??? - although you've had your machine for longer than 6 months if it is...........If not, hello anyway :D :D  I love this forum, i's a brilliant way to expnd your reppertoire as well as make some new Thermofriends.

Welcome Kathy,
Like you and Faffa I use the veg stock ALL the time. A friend and I used to share a batch, but over time we have discovered how good it is in almost everything  that we now make our own.
