Name of Recipe: Spreadable cheese

Ingredients:
one block of cheese that is soft and creamy - I used Devondale Tasty.

Preparation:
Cut cheese in to cubes about 2cm.
Start TMX speed 6, add cubes through MC hole on to spinning blades.  Once all in turn up 2 speed 8 and leave on until the cheese is all in a ball, you can hear it change and stop hitting the bowl.

Tips/Hints:
This would be yummy with chopped pickled onions, chilli - anything you like really.

And yes, I didn't mean to make this, I was grating but left it too long.  But it's nice lol.

You can add some flavourings added too - herbs, spring onions - good work (or good luck)

Narelle, what a lovely 'accident'. This sounds as though it will be lovely. I will definitely try it. May add bits and pieces to it as suggested. Well done. :D

You could mould it into a cheese ball - it would look fantastic on a plate with crackers. I'd add sun dried tomato and maybe olives and roll the ball in chopped pine nuts. Gotta try this!
