Title: FREE KNIFE SHARPENING

I found out the other day that Wusthof has a knife sharpening service, which is free for the life of your knife.  The only catch is that you have to send it to Western Australia (other countries refer to head office). I have just spoken to the Western Australian office who tells me that the turn around is very quick and at no cost to the customer as postage is Replied Paid.

Oh bugger - now, after making fun of those sandgropers - looks like they have something else that would be helpful.

Meagan,

I'm not sure, but call this customer service number  1800 800 631.  Their office isn't manned every day, so I left my phone number and they called me back the next morning.  Also ask they to include you in the mailout for "Feast"which is a free mag that comes out several times a year telling you info on the products that they import into Australia.

i wish i had wusthof knives now! i have mundial and tupperware and both need a proper sharpen :(

Well just thought I would let you all know I finally got around to sending 3 of my 6 knives in for sharpening. I got a call the next day to say that they would all be sharpened with no problem at all but that the sandwich knife had several small cracks in the handle and that they would be replacing it with a new one  :o :o :o. Wowee what amazing customer service!  :-*  :-*  :-*

Wow that's fantastic!!! Never heard of them, but then again I dont have good quality knives either  :'(  ;).
