Title: From Erina
Post by: Di on September 28, 2009, 03:45:34 am
Hi All,
I come from Erina in NSW received my Thermomix yesterday afternoon & I am so excited. Breakfast this morning was eggs Benedict , hollandaise  I was more than happy with the result, mind you I won't be so happy with the waist line soon .

Hope to be able to add to the forum once I get some experience .

Hi Di, welcome to the forum. No wasting time with you - straight into something special for your first breakfast. I think I just stood and looked at mine for a few days before I did anything then I realised it wasn't going to cook anything if I didn't make a move.
