Hey Judydawn. Could you post your recipe for beetroot spread please? And anyone who has any beetroot chutney/relish recipes could you post some of them for me please? Thank you.

I was going to put your relish in too Thermomixer.  My plain old ordinary beetroot spread (easy as and I love it on sandwiches or hamburgers) is here

Thanks for the replies everyone will try both, I used to have an old CWA cookbook and they had one in that that I used to make all the time and it was delicious but they haven`t got it in the newer books so if anyone would have that I would appreciate that recipe please.
