I would love a great chocolate chip cookie recipe if anyone has one :)
-
The one on the back of the condensed milk tin is really good. Quick and easy ant not many ingredients. Will see if i can find the recipe for you.

There's one in the EDC nconnella which I've ticked to say was OK but it was so long ago that I made them that I can't even remember doing it :P :P :P

My lot love the ones with chick peas in them as well Kathryn. My friend & I call them the "Earth Mother cookies" because if we mentioned chick peas there would be a mutiny. ;) ;D ;D
-
We love the chick pea ones too. I have modified the recipe a little by halving the amount of choc chips, replacing the sugar with rapadura and milling 1/3 of the flour from whole grain spelt. Very yummy indeed! ;D

The great thing about chick peas and the TMX - you can blitz the dried chick peas to make besan flour - so you could easily modify the recipe to use dried rather than canned.
-
Or dried and canned - double the dose!!! ;)

thanks for the recipes! I actually used this one ( http://www.ghirardelli.com/bake/recipe.aspx?id=1017 )last night (although the chips weren't Ghiradelli and I reduced the amount of sugar) and I have to say they are DELICIOUS!

Chelsea we really are on the same mission, I halved the choc chips too lol. Just enough in there to get them to eat them with out a second thought ;D
