Welcome - hope we can help with dairy-free, egg-free, nut-free AND sesame-free recipes - just when you think it's safe - sesame-free too!

Hi Monkey madness.

I'm new to the tm and forum as well I noticed you said your son is dairy free egg free and nut free and sesame seed free WOW do you have a huge job on your hands.  My hat goes off to you as I thought I had it hard with my son going gluten and dariy free.  I guess you would be constantly trying new things so this forum should be a wonderful help to you.   Hope to share some recipes with you on the special diets section

Have a great night

Hi Aline,

I'm also from Perth...has it every been a long winter...

Glad to read that you love your thermomix and that it suits your sons dietry requirements.

I am yet to recieve mine but am very excited. I tried to get into a cooking course here in Perth but they book out really quickly...Have you been to any, are they any good.

It was meant to be sunny today???

Bronte, I've been to quite a few of the classes at Charlie Gardiner and have always found them really good. They are quite different to the Back to Basics classes and you get lots of ideas and tips.
