Title: 2 ingredient Sate sauce

The original recipe was from Jules Clancy.
 Equal volumes of
Peanut butter or Tahini
Hot sauce
Water.
 
Mix together

I used home made Sweet Chilli sauce.
You may adjust the amount of heat according to the type of hot sauce you use.

Thanks for posting that recipe, Chookie, it sounds really interesting.  I must give it a try in the warmer weather.

Thanks Chookie, I checked this lady out and ended up downloading her free 6 ingredient (or less) Stonesoup app. A lot of browsing there to do when I have the time.  Must try that easy satay sauce recipe over pasta, I can only tolerate a little heat so a squirt of sweet chilli sauce should do it for me.

Finally got around to making this today after I had made some sweet chilli sauce.  It is a really good satay sauce, quick and easy.  I doubled the peanut butter as the sauce was a bit runny.

Marina, very flexible recipe. Can even add some chilli flakes if more heat needed.

We had this with chicken the other day. I sliced the chicken thinly and cooked it and then added the satay sauce. Yum. 😀😀
