Title: White Peach and Whiskey Popsicles

What better way to keep cool than with  a Popsicle.  This is a very adult version with Whiskey added.  You could leave it out for the kiddies and replace it with Orange juice or Yoghurt for a creamy version. 
Ingredients
500 g of white peach flesh, skin on.
1 Tablespoon of lemon juice
85g honey
3 1/2 dessertspoons Whiskey, or ( orange juice or yogurt )

Method
Place all ingredients into TMX bowl and mix, 20 seconds / speed 6
Pour into freezer moulds.
Freeze for at least 6 hours. 

Notes
The Whiskey does not make the frozen end result soft like it does with icecream.

I like the addition of alcohol Chookie 😂😂😂
They do look very refreshing on a hot day.

About to make a second lot.   So easy and so nice.  We grow the White peaches and I understand that others may not have access to this beautifully perfumed fruit.    Will try recipe with yellow peaches but think it may need a stronger spirit.
