Title: Another newbie from Tasssie

Hi everyone.  I have had my thermomix for around 2 - 3 months and absolutely love it.  I work full time so cooking is much easier and quicker when I get home using great ingredients and not the supermarket diet. 

I have named my machine Thelma - she is a beauty  ;D.  I have not converted any recipes as yet but looking forward to it.  I have holidays in November and have set a couple of days aside just for Thelma.  I have tried quite a few recipes from the forum and they are yummy.

Another Tasmanian, Hi Paulinel welcome to the forum.  Glad to hear you have tried the forum recipes.  I've just tidied up and sorted recipes into a huge binder (had smaller ones going but they were full). I have categories with indexes to make it easier to find things.  There are over 70 in there, all those I have tried or posted myself from the forum. It will be my favourite 'recipe book' for sure. Then there are the recipe books themselves plus heaps of print-outs I still have to get around to trying. Bet you are looking forward to November - hope to see some of your converted recipes when you have more time to spend with your Thelma.

Welcome - sure you'll have fun with Thelma - think JZ also has a Thelma ?

Yes, I have printed off all the recipes and have in a huge binder, my favourite is the Chicken and Vegetable soup at the moment.  Especially here in Tassy, been a bit cold and wet of late.     :-))
