Hi everyone
I'm trying to make the curry paste i the EDC. I've made it successfully before but since then I always seem to have a problem with the coriander seeds. The hulls half break off and don't break down, and I can't seem to roast them properly. Has anyone got any ideas about this? what am I doing wrong?

Can you grind them before?
