Ciabatta Loaf, Plus Two
Cooking with Tenina page 26/27

I made this exactly as per the recipe. It is very easy to make and very tasty. I served it with soup. Tenina suggests variations, I didn't do any this time. I also only made 2 not 3 as suggested. I think it would be best making 3 as mine were very large.
I will be making these many more times.

These look great Cookie, just like I've seen in the shops (but taste much better I expect).  :D
