Title: Recipe Review: Lavender Shortbread page 124 British Isles on a Plate.

Lavender is an interesting ingredient to add to Shortbread.I'm not that keen on the flavour but it went well when served with the creamy Lemon Posset.
I have made another version of the recipe where you add the grated zest of an orange to the recipe.This I loved as did other friends who tried it. :D
The final version is the addition of a grated rind of a lemon to the recipe.Haven't tried that yet!

I'm not too sure how I would go with lavender in shortbread either. I don't think I would like it.
