Another recipe that we loved.I served it on the White Finger Rolls (http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=16839.msg403158#new) and accompanied by Apple Sauce.I only used three tiny sprigs of Tarragon in the recipe as I was very cautious of not overpowering the meat with the herb.
